Token Vesting Delayed for 6 Months: A Strategic Move for the Future 🚀
Perhaps the biggest announcement this October was zkLink DAO’s decision to postpone the token vesting schedule for investors and the team. Originally planned for release this fall, the team took a strategic step back to delay token unlocks by six months. Early private investors will now see their tokens unlocked on April 22, 2025, while the team and advisors are set for a release on July 22, 2025.
This decision affects nearly half of the total token supply (a whopping 40.5%!) and reflects zkLink’s commitment to long-term project growth. By aligning token releases with more mature market conditions, zkLink is creating space to focus on product growth, community development, and ecosystem expansion.
